We stayed in a spacious room in the Manor house with amazing views, although we were disappointed by the relatively small bed. Given the size of the room, we had assumed it would have a king-size bed atleast. Updating the rooms TVs and Wi-Fi connection speed would make a significant difference to the overall experience. The spa was enjoyable, although a few facilities were out of order during our stay. We did appreciate the restaurant’s ability to cater to our halal dietary requirements at breakfast. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The beautiful grounds and outside views were a particular highlight and made our visit feel relaxing and special.

The room was beautiful and clean with a great views . Staff were lovely Breakfast was huge 😋 great choices ... The spa was booked up didnt expect that but we will book that ahead next time we will definitely be coming back soon

Excellent hotel, huge room with separate bath and walk in rain shower. The overall room was comfortable with some nice additions such as a Nespresso machine and a smart TV. Restaurant was good, bit pricey for what it is but acceptable. Recommended!

Second stay and a whole much better. Breakfast excellent as ever, room facilities were in good condition, including a working fridge except for a broken window handle. Still couldn't turn the radiator off, so too hot and the Spa could be more accessible with priority given to staying guests.

Lovely friendly staff but they didn't seem to know anything. There was no mention about breakfast times and location etc on check in. We asked about the pool but the staff in the main building didn't know whether it was included or not (it's not). When searching for a hotel, I specifically selected Air Con as a filter, but what I didn't realise until too late, is the rooms that came up on my search don't have any - fortunately it cooled down the night we were there. Lovely big rooms.

Set in a stunning location, beautiful building but tired, with repair issues, such as bathroom sink and sash window lock, both broken. Also had problems with Key Door Pass, which had to be rebooted after several failed attempts to get into room. Breakfast superb, excellent quality but Spa booking disappointing as full and no reply to my enquiries.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was great. My only disappointment was that the restaurant was fully booked so I had to go elsewhere for food.
