「I recently travelled to Preston to attend my master’s degree graduation ceremony with my daughters . We spent one night in an apartment somewhere in Preston. This apartment was booked on another platform. We left earlier than scheduled,because we didn’t like the place . Fortunately.i visited Hotel.com in our desperation to leave the apartment due to its filthy state ,and thank God that there was an available room at Hampton by Hilton .

The staff were very helpful and allowed us . Result , we didn't have to get changed in the toilets at the venue and made it on time suited and booted 😂 」
「I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. 「Lovely hotel. Old fashioned feel and really nice decor. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Only reframe is not spending more time in it to enjoy it. The area is very picturesque so if you’re visiting definitely check this out as it has a really lovely classy feel. 」
