"My fault for not double checking on no AC. Had to open window which lead to horrible and constant road noise. In factcwiring is there for the AC but none were installed. Too bad in otherwize a goid property"
"Exceptionally helpful staff. Reception staff were extremely helpful with local area information, admin. and technology (Don't forget the donation of fresh tea leaves!). Vegetarian dietary requirements catered for with a little help from Google Translate! Wide variety of breakfast buffet items, all inclusive. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. If there was a higher rating than 5 star we would award it. "

Our room was clean and comfortable. However, we stayed in a deluxe suite, and unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi connection on the second floor of the suite.
