「Wir haben auf dem Fußboden geschlafen,da man in den Betten eingesagt ist ,also durchgelegen . Die Matratzen sind sehr schmutzig,wir wussten nicht was das alles war. Oben auf der Sonnenterrasse konnte man nicht mit Kindern rauf ,da der Fußboden sehr kaputt ist und die Bretter stehen auch hoch . So das man hinfliegt. Das Frühstück war auch nicht besonders,es gab nichts besonderes immer das gleiche und man hat jeden Tag kalten Kaffee getrunken. 」

「We had a fabulous 4 night stay in this hotel, The apartment room was lovely modern and spacious with large balcony and furniture. Everything worked perfect and was very clean. Great spa facility on site and small gym. Large swimming pool was very nice. The all inclusive food was delicious for breakfast lunch and dinner even snacks and drinks. Very delicious Bulgarian and international food with a large variety of fresh salad and meat everything you could want, Very good chefs and waiting...

「The hotel's surroundings are quiet and pleasant, right at the entrance to Pomeria. 3 minutes walk to the sea which is a big bonus. The hotel itself is spacious, and it takes several days to walk around and find the facilities that are scattered throughout the areas surrounding the hotel (going up and down floors from several places which is confusing and tiring). 「Inmitten von Bettenburgen. Zur Einkaufsmeile nur 5 min zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten an jeder Ecke. Das Büro ist zwei Blöcke weiter. Leider wurde uns das nicht vorher mitgeteilt.」
