• Garage-style movie theater and game room with 128" projector, two 55" TVs, arcade games, foosball, and hot shot basketball. This space is heated and cooled with a mini-split unit. Note: The Big Buck Hunter game is currently out of order.
• Main level expansive deck with outdoor dining for 12 and a gas fire table with comfortable seating.
• Lower level den with floor-to-ceiling mountain views, in-wall fireplace, 85" Smart TV for streaming, bumper pool/poker table, bar, and large bi-fold doors.
• "Peak Perfection" patio with a panoramic cedar sauna, hot tub for 7, gas grill, wood-burning fire pit, and two cozy hanging chairs.

Where to Unwind
• The main floor offers a spacious primary retreat with a king-size bed, a private deck with seating, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• A second bedroom on the main floor offers a queen-size bed, a 55" Smart TV for streaming, and a full bathroom (shower and bathtub combination) with hallway access.
• The lower level offers a second primary bedroom with a king-size bed and an oasis-style en suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower.
• A bunk room with two twin-over-full beds and a bedroom with a king-size bed and crib can also be found on the lower level.

Please note: This house is dog-friendly with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. This home has a Ring doorbell camera and a sensor light camera facing the driveway. While the road to the property is gravel and occasionally steep, AWD/4WD is not required but is recommended year-round. Adults using the sauna should follow the same precautions as when using a hot tub. The living room fireplace is NOT usable.
