This exceptional quality home is not your typical vacation rental but a true home away from home. We make it easy with no details spared so you can enjoy your vacation. This home is set up perfectly for 2-3 families or multiple couples to vacation together. Also an ideal holiday getaway for a family Thanksgiving or Christmas!

The Living Space:
Four of the bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. There are 2 premier king suites on levels one and two. Level two has two junior suites - one with a king and one with a queen. Each premier suite has a walk-in shower, double granite sinks, and a water closet (the master on level 2 also has a soaking tub).

Bedroom #3 on the upper level is an en-suite with a king bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Bedroom #5 on the upper level has two twin beds and accesses the bathroom through the door in the hallway shared with bedroom #4. There is an office/flex room on the main level with a desk and a trundle day bed that can easily sleep two and be a possible 6th bedroom. The home can accommodate 12 comfortably in beds.

There are SIX Smart TVs in the house to connect to your favorite streaming apps. We have NEWLY-INSTALLED FIBER internet (speeds around 600-700mb up/down) that should be able to handle all your working/streaming needs. The garage game room has ping pong, foosball, and cornhole. This is a great home for a flex-cation!

The home and kitchen are very well stocked with all your basic supplies needed for your vacation week. There is a double oven for cooking those big family meals as well as a gas cooktop, microwave, toaster and air fryer. The beds are all made up prior to your arrival and we provide towels and linens. There is a fully stocked laundry room downstairs should you need it.

There is very easy access into the home with only 2 steps, and the large suite on the main floor is great for anyone who might have trouble getting up and down stairs.

The Neighborhood:
Bordering a vast forest preserve, Catawba Falls Preserve is a gated community with stunning views of the Pisgah National Forest. You'll feel a thousand miles away in your mountainside vacation home, yet you are only 20-30 minutes from the culture and conveniences of Asheville and Black Mountain. There are numerous hiking trails, streams and rivers, and waterfalls all nearby in the neighborhood. Wildlife is abundant in the Preserve. The most common animals that you may encounter are deer, wild turkey, rabbits, birds, fox, and black bears.

The Property:
The property is very peaceful and sits on 2 acres with breathtaking views all around. The large deck and covered patio have plenty of seating. The large back deck is perfect for entertaining with a hot tub, BBQ grill, dinner table with seating for 6, cozy outdoor furniture in the covered section and even a gas fire table.

The outdoor spaces are the perfect spot for relaxing and watching the sunset as well as enjoying the mountain views and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy coffee or a glass of wine on the large back deck while you listen to a symphony of birds, turkeys and woodpeckers. The sunsets and mountain views will amaze you!

Guest Access:
Check-in instructions will be sent approximately 2 weeks before check-in. There is a code to both the community gate and the front door of the home.
