This recently remodeled studio provides single travelers or couples with everything they could want in a place for rest and relaxation, while simultaneously serving as a perfect hub for traveling to various natural attractions within AZ.

Pack lightly as you will find that this studio provides everything you need from kitchenware, table for eating/working, a murphy/wall bed, 3/4 bathroom, washer/dryer combo, 65” smart tv and so forth.

Spend your days breathing in the fresh air while looking out over the flowing river and colorful desert sunsets, then later gazing up at the desert sky’s star constellations. Mornings can be spent enjoying coffee overlooking the river while the sun rises and listening to the diverse songs of local birds. For the more adventurous there are countless outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, horseback riding, and ATV riding that can all be done within walking distance or a short trip to trailheads.

Smart TV installed in the house and capable of streaming any of your subscribed app services such as Netflix, Disney +, Amazon Prime, etc.

*River is seasonal and is dry up to 6-9 months out of the year. We can provide updates on the river status for guests. It is traditionally running during Winter time
