"Room was clean, and open. Bathroom lacked accessibility to the toilet paper. Also, there were no hooks or bars for any of the towels. Did not have any extra pillows upon request. Average continental breakfast, juice was not good. Staff was very kind and loved how conveniently located the hotel was to a Starbucks and gas station."

"Lighting in the room could have been better "

"The TV remote was missing. There was blood splatter on the comforter. There was a trim board nail sticking out 1/2" at waist level. The design of the room was poor. The bathroom is located at the foot of both beds. Therefore the light showen in the face of those in bed. The sliding door for the bathroom was large and heavy. The room door was hard to push open. There was milk cartons in the breakfast room refrigerator on Wednesday that had expiration dates from the previous Sunday. The front desk lady was very helpful."

"The gym had many pieces of equipment that were out of use. The pool and hot tub were also mostly drained and out of use. There was no breakfast. Only coffee. Which was hot and good. Staff were nice. If on a budget it’s good. Room was clean."

"Mary is very friendly and accommodating! Excellent communication and the place is wonderful! I stayed for 7 weeks and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was clean and ready to use when I arrived. The batteries in one of the fire alarms went out and Mary and her husband fixed it asap. I also really appreciated the heated steps when it was needed! I had everything I needed in the kitchen and loved how much was provided in general, including some board and card games! I really enjoyed my stay and I hope to stay here again someday! "

"Everything seemed nice and clean, they just seemed to maybe be a little short staff. It was very hard to get towels for the pool and they never had any in the pool area on the shelves. Also had to ask for things at breakfast in the morning, did not keep stuff stocked up well. "

"Shannon's home was fantastic, a great home away from home. This is actually my hometown so I know the area well, and it's in a perfect location! The home was clean and a really great layout for our family. It's super close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. but is in a very quiet, peaceful location. Shannon was very responsive via text and the home instructions were clear. We would definitely stay here again!"
