「Our contact was very helpful both before and during our stay. However, we do not recommend renting this apartment for the following reasons: 1. Location: The area felt unsafe. Via Panicale is not suitable for young people or women traveling alone, especially at night. 2. Very uncomfortable beds: The mattress in the main bedroom was a thin foam mattress, perhaps a little over 5 inches thick, but still uncomfortable. 「Property was good, and reasonably close to main tourist area. Hot water was a bit of an issue (a few cold showers were had) and laundry machine was broken upon arrival. Was able to find laundromat nearby.」

「Check in was smooth. Host communicated efficiently. Property is located very local to the town centre so very easy to travel from the hotel into the centre of Florence.
