「Very well organized. Perfect location for holiday stay. Due to the high elevation, not so hot as elsewhere. Very clean. Air conditioning is old and make a lot of noise. But it is ok. Overall very much satisfied.」

「Stayed at a historic double room. The room was not big (TV is small too), but OK since it was expected just as advertized. Would have loved if there's even a tiny table though. Shower was outside and shared, but the room had a bath tub which was good. Wifi worked smoothly and saved us (no Spring coverage around the area). Breakfast was excellent -- so delicious and nice atomosphere. We loved this excellent historic inn.」

「The lake is not Wa」

「When we arrived to the Garrett Inn, we were able to check in, and were given a key to the room, and told where to park (each room's number was plainly painted on the space for each room, however, due to the configuration of the parking lot vs the way the room's were situated, the parking spaces were off-set from the individual rooms, so when parked for the room assigned, the space was two spaces offset. 「The Staff was so welcoming!!!!」

「The room was clean, the front desk staff was friendly, the breakfast was nice including well cooked bacon, the parking space was large enough. The side front of the hotel had a wonderful view of about 15 running windmills.」

「I was in town for a wedding. Motel was only 20 minutes away from site. The gentleman that checked me in and out was great! I think he also did double duty cleaning the rooms. I had a handicapped room, dealing with a broken hip and knee. Room was amazing! The restaurant next door was nice too!」

「Clean quiet and nicely located to many things.」

「Clean room and property, staff, on-site restaurant, and Alpine Lake amenities, including fitness room and hiking trails, were all excellent! Kerry (sp?) at the front desk was awesome! I’ll be back!」

「Our son is at Frostburg State. The Allegheny Trail house will be our place to stay whenever we plan to visit our son. This place is unique and lovely to stay at. Friendly and attentive staff.」

「Owner was very nice and helped during our stay.」
