「The room, was filthy dirty, bed sheets smelt of mould wet dog. Cups dirty with coffee stains. Toilet filthy. Shower filthy, floor so dirty made your feet black. Walls all damaged. Smelt really bad in the room. Balcony outside extremely dangerous and broken.
Floor uneven. No lights in the dark. Extremely noisy. Beds uncomfortable. Stains on sheets.
Dust and dirt every where. The towels didn’t smell clean. Extremely unhappy. I didn’t take hardly any photos to proved as I’m sure the staff know.」

「Lovely little apartment.. very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable!
Hot tub was lovely and we sat in it and watched the sunset over the sea.
Complex is quite run down but work is ongoing to improve the facilities.
A manual for the hot tub would have been useful having never used one before.」

「I was away for work and my fiancees nan had passed away the day before my travel so she joined me for a few days on this trip. The first evening was lovely and sunny and we went and watched the sunset and had tea out, when returning to the cabin we found the other cabins were now hosting guests. We had a nice evening and went to sleep, we were then woken at 5am by the most horrific argument we had ever heard that went on for a full 90 minutes between the crack heads that had booked the other two...

「What a hidden gem The Annex, Rose Cottage is. Perfectly situated if you want a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of life! Nancy & Paddy are very welcoming hosts on hand to offer local knowledge on the best pubs to visit, walks to take or supply any small thing you may have forgotten.

「We've just returned from a 9 day stay in this property in Westward Ho! The property is exactly as described, and very accurate to the images - in fact we found the views even better in real life than the photos here. The flat was very well equipped and is in an excellent location with the beach, pubs, bars and shops all a few minutes away. Communication with the owner was straightforward and effective, and access instructions very clear.Overall very highly recommended.」

「This is a lovely tucked away chalet bungalow park. Handful of properties. Very nice location. Everything you need is in the property. Decent WiFi.
Double bed was average comfy. The single beds were great memory foam.
We would definitely go back and highly recommend this place.

「Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen). Up to date photos would be good on cottages.comMay be a bit cosy with 4 adults (we were 3 adults and dog )Slightly nit picking, would have helped to have settee across the lounge facing TV. 「We had a great half term stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, the furniture v comfortable, the beds were firm and 100% cotton sheets, wifi great. The view is wonderful, sunsets every night and a balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Remember to bring your binoculars! The position of the apartment is fantastic, no need to use the car, unless visiting nearby attractions, which are numerous. We hope to be back :-)」
