With only 1 elevator for 9 floors plus the cleaning staff, getting to or from your room can be a wait at times. My room had a walk-in shower and grab bars but no towel racks. Had to use the grab bars to dry towels. Lastly, the thermostat was hard to get to, so I couldn't adjust the temperature in my room.
