We had a great room. Quiet, clean. Moved to another room, due to ‘water issues’ never was any. The new room overlooks the school yard, so it was quite noisy along with the rumbles from the tube. Staff was great.

Had a fabulous stay in this 5* boutique hotel. Room looked to be tastefully and recently refurbished. The bed was very comfortable, enabling a peaceful nights sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful and the service was delivered in a very personalised way. Guest comfort and enjoyment was high on their agenda. I'd go back to the Vintry and Mercer Hotel if I have opportunity to return, and would recommend to friends and family very highly.

The staff were always efficient and very helpful. The dining room and food were excellent. The hotel is furnished and decorated in their science and nature theme which is really nice. We found the room and bed to be comfortable.

"Lots of supermarkets nearby that closes at 11pm. Makes cooking in the kitchenette easy. Boba and dessert next door. Lots of "okay" bars and food around the area. Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and London Eye within 10 minutes walk. Very convenient. The shower is a choice of above your head like rain ..."
