Good hotel. Breakfast is good and the rooms are ok, just a bit noisy from the cars. Staff is not helpful if you have an issue or need help. Downtown is far if you want to walk.

Fantastic location for local universities which are just a 10 minute walk down the road. Fabulous views of the distant mountains from 5th floor at the front of the hotel. I recommend Room 503. Traffic noise can be a little much in rush hour if the windows are open, but really nothing else negative.

The staff was rude and not very nice treated us bad they charged more money for my stay I booked my room online which listed my room as a 1-3 person room this was in March when I checked in Aug they said it is only for single person. Ok I get it but they was upset I booked it online so they said they would move me to another room and charge me more for my wife and child. They never moved us and in the room the hotel info sheet said children 12 and under are free. They told us on check out we owed money I said your wrong it says my child is free she is 11yrs old. They said you owe us for your wife and wanted 495$ 30 a day for my wife the sheet also said extra guest is 20 a day and breakfast is 10 more I said my wife was so upset with you all the first day she did not eat there. So your not getting no more then 320 for the days we stayed and you also did not move us to a larger room and did not clean the room. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. Do not book this place you will not be happy. The staff is looking for ways to charge you and harass you.

Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is delicious but we had the very unfortunate experience to beg for paying the booked price on hotels.com, as the reception insisted in an unpolite way on charging a higher fare, arguing we were two people for a small room (which was as described on the reservation, with a queen bed which turned out to be a small double bed).

Pleasant place to stay in Bishkek

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are good-sized and spotless with excellent showers. Everything is modern - the elevator is fast and quiet. The staff were lovely - kind, helpful, friendly and efficient. I liked everything about this modestly priced hotel. I ate dinner in the restaurant, a good Greek salad, and breakfast was a generous buffet.

Комфортный отель с внимательным персоналом.

Отель расположен, с одной стороны, недалеко от центра, с другой - рядом с отелем нет ни ресторанов, ни магазинов. Так что месторасположение я бы оценил как среднее. В самом отеле номера в отличном, с удобной мебелью, хорошей ванной комнатой. Порадовало наличие качественного телевидения с большим количеством российских каналов. На завтрак предоставляется несколько видов закусок, каша, на выбор яичница или омлет, йогурты, соки, чай и кофе. Не сильно большое разнообразие, но вполне достаточно, чтобы разнообразно питаться каждый день. Порадовало предоставление бесплатного трансфера в аэропорт при проживании более трех суток. Кафе в отеле ориентирован больше на европейскую кухню. Местных блюд в меню не более 20%. Цены весьма умеренные. Рекомендую отель для любого вида проживания - от командировок, до романтики.
