Come and stay at TWIN FIN, a charming T2 apartment on the ground floor, consisting of a lounge-kitchen equipped with access to a terrace and its garden, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a bedroom with a Queen size bed and bunk bed with 2 beds, suitable for adults and children.



Located within the Le Spot residence, the latter will seduce you with its calm, its proximity on foot to the town centre, and its included services: a shared swimming pool (unheated), open from 01/06 to 30/09, its central bar to refresh yourself after swimming, its petanque court for friendly games and of course its concierge service with a team available throughout your stay for personalised services.



Ideally located near the lakes of Biscarrosse, you will be able to discover the region and vary your activities, to make the most of a holiday placed under the sign of relaxation!



Upon arrival at this apartment, you will access the living room with its sofa area, television, dining table, large wardrobe and access to the terrace and its garden. **Deckchairs** are provided for you to make the most of it! You will also discover the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, which includes among other things ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, **a Senseo coffee maker** and all the necessary crockery to allow you to fully enjoy your stay. A **washing machine** completes the set, with a clothes drying rack available.



This apartment has 1 bedroom: It features a Queen Size bed (160/200) and a bunk bed (2*80/190) (suitable for adults and children), located in an alcove of the bedroom. For more privacy, a curtain allows you to create a cosy atmosphere whether you are 2 or 4 with staggered bedtimes. The bedroom has a fan if needed.

The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 2 additional people, with sleeping space of 140x190cm.



The bathroom offers a spacious shower, a vanity unit with storage, and includes the toilet facilities. Additional towel rails will allow you to hang your beach towels peacefully! A hairdryer is provided.



The accommodation is very functional, perfectly equipped, and offers personalised touches of attention (decoration carried out with care, tourist brochures, books available, etc.)



To park, you have 1 private parking space numbered in the basement of the building. A secure bicycle garage is also available.



Important information: This furnished accommodation is not yet equipped with a Wi-Fi connection, as the residence is new with an operator delay beyond our control. This furnished accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The accommodation is non-smoking and animals are not accepted in this rental. The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and must be paid before your stay. Additional equipment such as an iron, fans, a travel cot or a baby bath are available from the concierge depending on availability.
