Our stay was great. Enjoyed the spa space and comfortable rooms. The only feedback for improvement is booking of the spa procedures. Would be helpful to have an online booking system for the procedures.

Great location, easy walking distance from the centre of Birstonas. The entire hotel was clean and modernly designed. The staff were very professional and friendly. Added bonus of sunbeds and access to the lake straight from the pool area. Overall a great stay and a lovely breakfast!

Wonderful stay

We had a great weekend stay in this resort. In fact, it was our first time in Lithuania 🇱🇹 We stayed in a family suite, and it was very spacious. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were some of the best we've tried so far. Lunch a la carte had really nice options too. We'd definitely come back!

The hotel was very clean, and the spa facilities were very good, with the Saunas at the correct temperature. Plenty of clean towels were available along with a robe and slippers in your room. Staff were friendly and polite, and professional. We had both an evening meal and breakfast, both were very good. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice Spa Hotel (With One Warning)

Overall, the hotel is quite nice. The amenities -including pools and saunas- are quite good and the prices for the spa treatments are quite reasonable. The hotel was also very clean overall. The included breakfast is outstanding. Parking seemed to be adequate. Be aware that, despite reserving a two bed room, we were placed into a single bed room and had to do some deconstruction to separate the queen into two twins.

The hotel is lovely - quiet area, pool area has lots of options (different saunas etc) and lots of treatment options in the spa. All treatment therapist were amazing - really feels like they have good knowledge and training. I did hair spa trametment too, while therapist was lovely I don't really feel the effect so not sure I'd recommend given the price. |The biggest disadvantage with this hotel is that there are a lot of kids so it's difficult to really relax in the pool area and likewise during meal times.

Its a great place to unwind and relax. We went with a family and everyone enjoyed it a lot. Pool are is great. There is a baby/kids pool which is very warm and fun, not big though so can get really busy but it was ok. Collection of saunas and other pools are great. Everything is very clean and tidy. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable. Breakfast buffet is one of the best ones I have ever been. They have huge selection of foods so I believe everyone can find something for themselves.restaurant has great options for lunch/dinner. Food is fresh and really tasty. They have kids menu as well. Whole complex is really modern and has great facilities like Spa treatments.Surrounding area is really nice and calm. There is a playground for kids as well. Its a short walk from city centre.

Facility it self is in good condition. Pool area is very bad it is really cold in the pool area. at the kids pool looks like the wind is blowing changing rooms are all wet there is water everywhere all most impossible to walk cause you are sliding. Price for a night and quality of service you are getting is improper. To collect more money they are not counting how many people they are letting in to the pool so it is overcrowded, people can come from the sreet or other hotels. Restaurant was good food is delicious. Room is small one light buld in the room wasn't working. If you are going to the toilet in the night and you turn on the light the whole room is shining cause the toilet ceiling are made out of glass. Overall price is to high for the things you are getting.

We came for a weekend getaway. Parking was busy and we were fortunate to find a last spot. We decided to try the largest room that wasn’t a suite and we loved it! It was located on the 3rd floor about ~10m from the lift tucked independently in a corner of the large lobby. It was beautifully furnished in (I think) mid-century modern, tan smooth wood with dark and gold accents, and towering floor to ceiling heavy black-out velvet curtains. There was plenty of well-built, integrated storage in the angular room we found comfortable to navigate. Bath was spacious with a tub and all was clean. We forgot toothpaste, which front desk provided (a small one packed with a toothbrush) kindly. The room was well-soundproofed and we were pleased. Visitors typically come for the spa, and we were no exception. I’ve heard Lithuanians gripe that it can get too busy in the spa area, but it wasn’t an issue for us. I only wish the pool was a little wider. There are enough spots to engage us without queueing and we spent about 3 hours in total without lounging on the many chairs, and instead rotated amongst the pool, jacuzzi, hydrotherapy jets, saunas, steam room and reflexology path. It was lovely and we felt amazing and reenergised after. The restaurant is a diner by day and quite romantic at night. Food isn’t as expensive as Ergo Spa’s and I thought it was more satisfying. We were fortunate to catch a wonderful live sax performance in the restaurant too. Overall, all was above expectations ❤️

Wonderful place in a convenient location. My only wish is that they had things like bocce ball, cornhole, badminton, and similar. Also, at the price point, it would be nice if all of these (and basketball rental) were included. Love the place otherwise!
