  • Welcome to your ideal urban retreat! This stylish and relaxing apartment is perfectly situated on the vibrant Southside of Birmingham. Moments away from UAB Hospital, Regions Field, and a plethora of nightlife. Experience the best dining experiences, ranging from casual eateries to upscale restaurants, all within walking distance. With plenty of natural light, this stunning 10th floor view is sure to soothe your mind. Whether you`re here for business or leisure, you will love The Groovy Blue!

    This stylist and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment hosts a queen size bed in the bedroom, a twin sofa bed and a full size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and some assorted drinks and snacks. Extra blankets, sheets and pillows are located in the closet.

    Getting around is super easy as the city bus runs frequently through this area as well as access to ride shares such as Uber and Lyft. There are many shopping and dining options within walking distance.

    The property is fully accessible via the LATCH APP which can be downloaded to you phone prior to your arrival. You will need this app to access parking entrance and the elevators. This helps us provide a secure and safe environment during your stay with us.
