気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
There was no Terrsn it has been shut down for some time now false sad advertising. The Internet was not available throughout my stay. Had to communicate with the host several times to sort the Internet issue out. The day prior to check out the Internet was cut off again. The blankets on the bed are very old that the cotton isn’t even together. . They had to bring pots and pans as the kitchen was not supplied as stated.. the security guard in the flyer did not allow me to use his phone to call the cab despite the Internet not working in my phone not being able to make outside calls. There are garbage all over the hallway ways. Also, the elevator stopped working on Friday and was not fixed the whole weekend. On checkout day, I had to bring my suitcases down for flights of stairs.. I am a 57-year-old disabled woman with a handicap parking. I was put at a disadvantage renting this one bedroom.. I took pictures of the garbage and it was not cleaned up in the entire day. I was there. The hallways smell like a dumpster a garbage dump dumpster. Unacceptable. I could not make the bed properly because the blanket was so old that the cotton was punching to one side. I didn’t even have a blanket. Gross.
