The Neighborhood:

Located in the Sheldon area of Birmingham, this apartment offers a peaceful setting while still providing easy access to the city centre — giving you the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation. Birmingham City Centre can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car or public transport.



A variety of shops, restaurants, and bars are all nearby, with a large Tesco supermarket directly opposite the property and a retail park just a 5-minute drive away. Sheldon Park is only a short 2-minute walk from the apartment, ideal for a morning stroll or some fresh air. Solihull is also within easy reach, around 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bus.



Getting Around:

There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the property, and there is a Tesco just opposite. Central Birmingham can be reached within 20 minutes by car or on the X2 bus. Solihull can also be reached on the X2 bus in 20 minutes, or a 15 minute drive.
