The floor to ceiling windows bathe the rooms with natural light, and create a feeling of space. The open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a large dining table and a space to relax on the sofa and watch the smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, as well as a smart TV with Catch up TV Apps. The spacious double bedrooms (1 is en-suite) feature plenty of storage space for clothes, full length windows and comfortable beds with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathrooms have showers (1 with a bath), toilets and sinks as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.

Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre just a 10 minute walk away.

Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge.

For security reasons:
We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
