The space:
The apartment is located in a downtown Historic building, there is a restaurant and wedding venue in the building. Like any downtown area there is a variety of pedestrian traffic in the area, from nearby offices and restaurants, etc. Including homeless individuals.
Guest access:
Guests will access the building with a key fob and access the apartment itself with a unique code. You will need to retrieve a key fob from a lock box prior to accessing the building.
Other things to note:
A Twin Rollaway (single bed) bed is located in the bedroom closet to be used in the living room for extra guests.
Ring doorbell camera records the outside of the door. Doorbell camera is there for security purposes and is not to be disturbed or disconnected. Camera shows part of the inside of the living room when swinging door open.
Parking:
Parking is provided in an open lot next to the building.
Elevator:
If for whatever reason both elevators are not working guests understand they must take the stairs and are okay with that. Listing is located on the 3rd floor.
