Breakfast was great, room was nice but could use a little maintenance help. Staff was absolutely amazing. The nicest people I have ever talked too. It's worth everything just to stay at Hampton Inn & Suites and know the staff is so kind!! Give these people a raise. They are worth keeping!!

The room was very nice and comfortable. The coffee in the lobby wasn't very good and the canister that had hot water in it had previously had coffee in it so it wasn't good for tea. I ended up filling my cup in the room with bottled water and microwaving it .

From the moment I checked in, not only was the staff friendly upon check-in no matter what my needs were they were extremely attentive. From towels to morning “hello’s”. The hotel was extremely clean and there was always hot water or coffee available 24/7. I always appreciate that. And a variety of teas and hot chocolate.

The staff was great. The hotel could use some updating and serious signage. The walls are thin and if your neighbors are not courteous with their room door it’s very, very loud. There was also an infestation of ladybugs that didn’t bother us, but it would have been nice to be advised at check in. I’m not sure that paying $143 per night to sleep with lady bugs is up everyone’s ally.

The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was hot and fresh, our room was clean and the AC worked well. Even though the hotel was very busy we had no trouble finding parking.
