Hi all. I have booked this property last week for 4 nights, first night we got there the boiler was broken so no hot shower or heating available, i contact the prim stays straight away to solve the issue and they promise that would be sorted. Nothing got done by the hosts so we end up without shower and heating for the entire stay they are a disgraceful housing management business no refund no help no respect for their customers.. Disgusting the way we have been treat by them. STAY AWAY FROM PRIM STAYS PROPERTIES..
