Entire place
You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Take it easy at this spacious 3 bedroom cosy property that has been extended with a large kitchen and recently totally renovated!
Excellent road, rail, motorway links and bus links within walking distance.
Has many tourist attractions within easy reach, such as Sea Life Centre, Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, National Motorcycle Museum, Cadbury's World and the list goes on!
Birmingham Airport/NEC/ Resorts World are within 10 minutes drive, Birmingham City centre is within 7 miles reach.
The space
Please note their is a driveway, however, there is no drop kerb in place at the moment. You are welcome to park on the drive, but can get blocked in by neighbours cars, and this could be a little tricky to get back off the drive, as we have applied for a drop kerb and are currently awaiting for a date.
On-street parking how ever is available.
The property is a 3-bed semi-detached located on a very quiet, friendly street, which has undergone a recent full renovation, including a new ground-floor Toilet/Shower room. a large extended open plan kitchen/Lounge, the perfect space to eat, catch up and relax.

1x hallway and staircase
1x living room
1x kitchen/diner with a large Sky glass roof Lantern, and large Bifold doors leading into the garden.

Office Room/ office desk
1x main bathroom
1 x landing

On-street/unpermitted/ free parking is available

1x rear garden including patio area that is fully equipped with a premium 8 seater Rattan dining set and a BBQ, including a stainless steel standing ash tray, grass area with a perfect space to relax.
All rooms have their own latest smart TV's including Netflix. The bathroom has a wireless Bluetooth ceiling speaker that would be compatible with any smartphone, property has multiple sockets with built in USB ports.
Other things to note:
A high chair and a travel cot is also provided.
