Located just 20 minutes from birnjnfham, our 2-bedroom house is perfect for contractors, families or simply those looking for a place with close access to major local attractions, but out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre. We aim to provide an experience that takes the hastle out of a short-term stay, whilst still offering a ‘home away from home’ feel.

- Close and easy access to Birmingham city centre just 6 miles by car - Sandwell and Dudley train station 1.8 miles away with a 10 minute direct train to New Street Station.

- 6.7 miles to Birmingham Arcadian for night-life.

- 30 minutes drive to the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) - 30 minutes by train.

Well in the kitchen,in two areas the floor lino is coming up and could cause a trip hazard.None of the soap dispensers in the kichen,ground floor toilet,& bathroom had any soap in them.In the upstairs bathroom the showe is leaking water between the hose and the shower head fitting.Using the toaster in the kitchen set off the smoke alarm on the two mornings,even though the bread was not smoking/burnt as we were standing by the toaster waiting for the toaster to pop up the bread!! One of the barh towels was threadbare.On your VRBO site page of the site under Highlights,you say "The top rated staff and service will ensure you feel welcome and pampered"There is only Mick on site no other "staff" and "pampered" is a completely misleading word to use! You need to delete "pampered" & Mick only gave us the keypad code & gate code,that was it.Also in your description of the "garden" there is no mention that the the lawn is artificial! When you sit on the toilet seat on the ground floor your knees are up against the door!! Anyone over 6ft tall would have a big problem sitting on the seat! I would not recommend this place,the taps are like waterfalls and need to be replaced by modern taps to stop wating water.If VRBO have inspectors you need to send someone round to have a look .

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem gemütlichen kleinen Haus, das bequem Platz für vier Personen bietet. Die Unterkunft war makellos, mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten, und auf einem hohen Standard. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief von der Buchung bis zum Checkout reibungslos, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Anwesen fühlte sich sehr sicher an, und die privaten Parkplätze sind eingezäunt, was Reisenden mit dem Auto Sicherheit bietet. Insgesamt eine wunderbare Unterkunft. Ich kann es jedem, der die Region besucht, wärmstens empfehlen.

This is a very nice place to stay beds are comfortable. It is very clean. There are proper amenities and everything works great. Mick, is very friendly andVery helpful would definitely recommend staying at the Olympic rooms. When we are back in the area, we will be staying here again

This place is truly outstanding and I highly recommend it

Our stay at this wonderful home was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless and hassle-free. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything in perfect order, making us feel right at home.What truly made our experience exceptional was the incredible host. Katie was not only extremely flexible but also genuinely kind and sympathetic. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even ensuring that I was able to make it to my meeting on time, something I truly appreciated!This place is truly outstanding, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well kept home with a fantastic host who genuinely cares about her guests. As described, clean and welcoming

Check in instructions were clear and came in plenty of time. Mick greeted us upon arrival as he lives a few doors down. Parking was ample and felt secure off the road in a private car park. The house was very clean and well catered for. It had Virgin TV with most channels available, which was a welcome addition. The only issue we had was getting a WiFi signal, which we needed to be near the front window for. I assume this may be because the extender wasn't working correctly to pick up the signal from the house where the WiFi was. There was a phone mast literally 200yards away so phone data speeds was more than adequate for what we required. The adjacent main road could be a bit noisy if you aren't used it.

Great modern property perfect for my family. Location is in a residential area, which is about 30 minutes from Cadburys World and 25 minutes from the Lego Discovery Centre. It is also only a couple of miles from the Dudley Black Country Museum. Staff are friendly and happy to help with any information needed. We will return!

Short stay over Christmas period.

Short two night stay over the Christmas period, the house was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Location was ideal has we had arranged a visit to the Black Country Museum, also we had lovely meal booked at the Bella Dona Italian restaurant both within a short drive. Awesome short break would certainly recommend.

Amazing property and owner!

Amazing find! Katie did everything to make us feel welcome both before, during and after our stay, going above and beyond to accommodate a change in dates. The property was immaculate - cleaned to the highest standard and extra touches like breakfast cereals were very much appreciated. Comfortable beds, private parking and a powerful shower were the icing on the cake. We look forward to hopefully staying again in future!

Excellent property

Very pleased with our stay. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There was some boxes of cereal,coffee and milk for us which was much appreciated. The location was excellent being only 2 miles from the Black Country museum and Dudley zoo and Castle. We also caught a train into Birmingham for the day with the station being only a couple of miles away. Beds were comfortable and there was a good shower in the bathroom. Parking is also provided at the property. All in all comes highly recommended. We hope to return sometime in the future. Thanks to Katie for providing an excellent rental property.
