「Thank you to the very friendly & helpful owner, Dave. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Good shower. Lovely breakfast. Even provided a tower fan due to the heatwave. Very close to the ferry terminal. Dave also advised a Metrolink pass for my visit to the Antony Gormley art installation at Crosby beach (a thought-inspiring and brilliant place to visit). Only thing that would have made it even better would be blackout curtains as the daylight woke me at dawn.」

「Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !」

「This was a little hidden gem that we will definitely return to. It was a wonderful base and the shared facilities- bathrooms and kitchen, was perfect with little extras like snacks and hot drinks to help yourself to. It was a couple of minutes walk to bus stops, Lidl, convenience stores, Dominoes Pizza and take away. It was about 15 mins to the station and the start of the walk into town. I had good communication with Dave prior to check in, who helped out with the process and made it a...
