Escape the crowds and get the animals to yourself and don't forget to ask for wildlife caretaker Jodie to ask if she's got any orphans you can help feed/ cuddle. No towels in the pool. No slippers or toothbrush if required. No coffee machine. All of these available in other comparably priced hotels. A security deposit against damage is unacceptable. Nobody else does it and even though the delay in returning, Is within a few days of checking out, it is still unacceptable. That aside the room we had was large but looking a little worn. I would not return.
