"Hotel is a bit run down but clean. Had a few issues with our stay that would prevent using again. Room AC was broken so they put a large fan in the room and left window open. Woken up at 5 from noise outside which is not ideal for a relaxing spa trip. Bathroom sink didn't work so had to use bath for water. Breakfast was chaos. 2 staff on, no tables set up, had to find own cutlery and no-one come to serve us. Used the buffet which was not the plan and left. Used the spa as well. Wife and i both had hour body massages. Amazing from Karen who my wife had and has been raving about. Rest of spa nice and heated pool lovely, although outside needs some maintenance."
