Leider beim ankommen die Rezeption ( 16:30 Uhr) nicht besetzt. Es war nicht sofort erkennbar, dass das gegenüberliegende auf der anderen Straßenseite sich befindende Hotel dazu aufgesucht werden muss. Obwohl Fotos von einem Pool hier gezeigt werden, gehört dieser nicht dazu. Man muss in das Hotel auf der anderen Straßenseite. Familien müssen in ein laut Aushang 80 m entferntes Hotel ausweichen für Poolnutzung. So stelle ich mir Wellness nicht vor. Das Appartement war großzügig. Ein kleiner Kphlschrank mit gekühlten Getränken. Mir fehlt hier eine Möglichkeit

Kinderclub war wirklich großartig , Lage auch! Frühstück gut aber etwas ausbaufähig. Wohnung war okay, aber hätte an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas sauberer sein können. Wellness im 4JZ: Sauna etc. gut, Pool veraltet, keine schönen Liegen (Kipp-Liegen sogar eher gefährlich). Hier will man sich leider gar nicht lange aufhalten. Dennoch gut, dass man es überhaupt nutzen kann vom anderen Hotel

Bekvämt boende mitt vid gågatan. ATM precis vid hörnet. Boendet granne med en supermarket och många restauranger i närheten. Trevlig personal. Stor yta för barn att leka. Det är många småbarn här, stör du dig på barn skrik/lek ska du inte bo här. Garage under hotellet, men inte gjord för stora bilar. Frukost god och ingår. Sängar sköna. Som fler skrivit tidigare kunde de haft en minikyl istället för en minibar. Fantastik strand men glöm inte en promenad vid insjön. Bra publika toaletter i stan men du behöver binz kortet, det får du vid incheck.

Rent, snyggt med bra service.

Mycket fint och välskött boende, rent och snyggt. Ang. bekvämligheter saknat lite för top-betyg: ett riktigt kylskåp/eller mini-kök (och inte bara en minibar) och mer än ett (1) vinglas samt vanliga sängar (inte våningsängar) till barnen. Trevlig personal och kanon-bra service i barnens fritids.

Alles super! Wenn man überhaupt etwas bemängeln möchte, ist es die Tatsache der fehlenden Küchen- bzw. Kochzeile, da es für die Kinder immer mal etwas zum Zubereiten bzw. lagern gibt. Allerdings ist dieser Fakt von Anfang an bekannt!

Mycket bra med barn. 20 minuter från ystad-Sassnitz färjan. Frukosten höll god standard trots Corona. Vi stannade bara en natt men hade gärna stannat fler om vi hade haft tid.

Marvelous, fantastic!

It was fantastic, top location in Binz. Supermarket next door. Great appartment, good beds, large room, very good bathroom. Friendly staff. Parking perfect, under the house. Fantastic breakfast, for diner you can go there too.

Preis und Leistung halten sich leider nicht die Waage. Wir waren von der Sauberkeit enttäuscht und vom Frühstück. Von den Baumaßnahmen zwischen den Hotelgebäuden wussten wir auch nichts.

Familienurlaub

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Anlage ist sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem ist nicht laut und in Strandnähe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das wird nicht der erste Besuch sein, wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch mal! Vielen Dank!

Ich habe mich selten so sehr geärgert wie in diesem Urlaub. 4 Sterne steht zwar außen auf dem Gebäude, aber diesen Anspruch wird die Unterkunft leider nie gerecht. Das Zimmer/die Suite war sicher mal richtig schön, nur leider scheint nach der Eröffnung nichts mehr für die Instandhaltung der Unterkunft getan zu werden. Schimmel an der Decke im Bad, Moos im Abfluss der Dusche, keine der Nachtischlampen war in einem vernünftigen Zustand. Eine ist sogar auseinander gefallen, sodass die blanken Kabel offen lagen, dies wurde zwar nach Reklamation umgehend repariert, danach hat der Mitarbeiter jedoch leider sein Messer mit offener Klinge im Kinderschlafbereich liegen lassen. Die Wände der gesamten „Suite“ müssten mindestens mal neu gestrichen werden, wenn man jedoch noch länger wartet, wird das wohl auch nicht mehr ausreichen. Im Bett haben wir nach zehn Nächten ein Haargummi des vorherigen Gastes gefunden, was einfach nur eklig ist. Fast alle Türen sind beschädigt, in der Herrenumkleide des Schwimmbades fehlen Fliesen im Boden, vermutlich auch nicht erst seit diesem Jahr. Die Rezeption war nur teilweise besetzt und auch nicht immer so wie man das in einem 4**** Hotel erwartet. Bei allen Bereichen wird man irgendwie das Gefühl nicht los, dass der Eigentümer hier nur noch das nötigste macht um Kosten zu sparen. Die Fotos des Veranstalters im Internet lassen auf eine tolle Anlage schließen, leider sind diese sicher schon ein paar Jahre alt und entsprechen nicht mehr den Tatsachen.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Silberfische , kaputte Lampe, Tresor konnte man nicht benutzen, Türklinke lose ,bei allen Stühlen Löcher , das Sofa im Familienappartment hart wie Stein und reicht für 2 Personen.
