Welcome to Bingen am Rhein.
Welcome to the apartment "Am Rheinufer"

The apartment "Am Rheinufer", as the name suggests, is close to the water: You can reach the Rhine in 200 meters.

Nearby you will find all shops for everyday needs - from traditional butchers to bakeries, where freshly baked bread is waiting for you every day.

But as is well known, it is primarily the inner values that count:
Almost 60 m2 of living space offer enough space for up to five people.
There is also a sunny south-facing balcony with a view of the countryside.



The apartment was completely renovated in 2017. Everything is new, comfortable and clean. The decor is modern, the equipment extensive.

You can easily park your car in the free parking space.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

By the way: Not only couples, families and individual travelers, but also fitters and business people are welcome guests. Come to the banks of the Rhine. We are looking forward to your visit.

Cooking in the new, fully equipped kitchen is also fun on vacation. And after exciting activities, enjoy a restful sleep in the wonderfully comfortable box spring bed.

A box-spring corner sofa (lying area: 222 x 160 cm) for two additional people and a sofa bed (lying area: 190 x 142 cm) for another person offer additional sleeping options.

Entertainment is also provided: thanks to a flat-screen smart TV with satellite TV and HD + programs and a small selection of board games, it doesn't get boring even on rainy days.

Free high-speed WiFi rounds off the equipment.

As a special highlight there is also a tablet (Apple iPad) available: watch videos, read news or just surf the Internet.
Echo and amazon ALEXA are also available. (Amazon Echo is a speaker that is controlled solely by your voice. Echo connects to the Alexa Voice Service to play music or radio, send and receive news, deliver information, news, sports scores and weather forecasts, and more.)

Our apartment is located in the Bingen-Kempten district, a quiet wine town on the Rhine. Bakers, butchers and much more are within walking distance. You can shop well in the Scharlachberg business park: there you will find a large REWE market, Aldi Süd and a dm drugstore, just a few minutes' drive away. It is best to buy wines directly from the winegrower. The Hemmes winery in Kempten is known for excellent wines. And if you don't feel like cooking, we recommend the Winterhafen ship restaurant.

The "Kempten" bus stop is just around the corner. The city bus of line 601 takes you every hour to the center of Bingen within a very short time. Bingen Central Station is less than 5 km away. With the Regionalexpress you travel along the beautiful Rhine route without changing to Koblenz, Mainz or to Frankfurt. You can take the Rhine ferry to Rüdesheim on the other side of the river. Otherwise, all sights and excursion destinations can be reached quickly and easily by car. Like the many castles, museums or the Loreley.

Superb apartment in Bingen - suitable for short-term or longer-term rental
My husband and I wrapped up our three-week trip through Germany with a three-night stay in this fabulous apartment in Bingen. It is so cleverly laid-out so that space is optimally put to use. It is spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything one could need for just a few days or a month or more. An egg timer? Of course. Clothes pins? For sure. Pillow in the bath tub for lounging in bubbles? Elegant. Fully equipped kitchen with sparkling clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and a few kitchen items I would not have even thought about. The king-size bed is incredibly comfortable. There is plenty of storage. The bathroom is amazing - wait til you see the shower with a timer for how long you have run the water and how hot it is. Eco friendly for sure. Everything is brand new and spotlessly clean and well-maintained as well as beautifully decorated. Do not be dissuaded by the building or the smells of international foods in the other apartments - you will neither smell nor hear nothing once inside the apartment. The owners are friendly, helpful and very gracious and made sure we had restaurant recommendations that would suit our interests. A lovely bottle of wine as a gift. You will have a private parking place reserved for your car and you are right near a train and bus stop. I cannot say enough positive about this apartment and the owners. We are considering a longer-term stay in Bingen in two years and will definitely reserve this apartment so reserve now.

Perfect for small family, all-new inside. We loved it!
Although the property is in the 3 floor apartment building, we are not bothered at all by the neighbors and the noise is minimal-probably because it was summer holidays. The location of the property is in the centre of Bingen, and only few metres walk to the river where you can enjoy walking. Bakery is just a few steps away and grocery shops are nearby too. We really enjoyed our short stay here and we'll definitely come back again!

Hier stimmt wirklich alles! Ein super netter Gastgeber begrüßte uns in seiner super sauberen Wohnung der es wirklich an nichts fehlt! Es ist an alles gedacht und für den Gast so komfortabel wie möglich bereitet. Vor Ort gibt es einen Bäcker, Metzger und eine Tankstelle, alle anderen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt und gut mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Auf meinem nächsten Heimatbesuch ist diese Wohnung daher meine erste Wahl :) Vielen Dank & Familie Kisch alles Gute

Vielen Dank für einen tollen Kurzurlaub
Sehr freundlich wurden wir vom Vermieter empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll und mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, ausgestattet. Was gefehlt hat, wurde nachgebracht ... (Elektrogrill) Uns war nicht so klar, dass sie doch sehr außerhalb von Bingen - in Kempten, liegt. Aber der Fußmarsch bis ins Zentrum ist in ca 25/30 min zu bewältigen. Gerne kommen wir wieder, dann mit Fahrrad.... es gibt wunderschöne Radwege...

Es ist eine sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung
die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Treppenhaus und die Aussenfassade müsste mal renoviert werden. In der Ferienwohnung hört man den Autolärm von der Strasse nicht. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung.
