"Well located property with very nice views overlooking the lake.Woolworths metro is next the building as well as a cafe few restaurantsFew minutes drive to Westfield Belconnen and less than 20 minutes drive to the main attractions in Canberra Building parking is a bit of challenge when doing it the first time but the host provided videos and photos to help find the spot - watching the video in half speed and familiarising yourself with it prior to checkin helps. Once done it becomes clear"

"The property had a lovely outlook with easy access to shops and local walks. It was clean but tidy. Our one concern was the limited cooking appliances for the cook top which limited what we could prepare. "

"The location is really good. Clean and have a nice veranda. The kid enjoyed the swimming pool."

"Great views from the second bedroom especially. Nice and high up with a small balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Comfortable couch to watch TV and a good simple kitchen with coffee machine etc. However - check in is confusing - better and updated instructions are required - do a video if you have to. The locked box is not the same as pictured, nobody tells you there is more than one tower that has the same room number so we headed to the wrong room and wondered why our key fob didn't work. The second bedroom is so hot it's almost unbearable with no A/C. Very stuffy. The pots/pans are so scratched they are unusable so we had to eat out every night. Bedside tables in the master are too big for the space so my husband walked into them a couple of times in the night. No aerial so no free to air TV, smart TV where you need your own logins to apps. Gym was nice to workout in and pool would be good in summer months. Close drive to lots of fast food outlets and Woolies is right underneath which is handy. Also not far to Westfield. This apartment definitely has potential if a few things are rectified."
