If I could give no stars, I would. They charged me before I arrived, I choose the option to pay on arrival. It was after 4 when I got there, check in is 3pm. Staff said they cleaning staff were behind and it's going take 30-45mins. I asked for a refund, she said she wasn't able to give me one. She asked cleaning lady if this room was clean, lady asked yes, front desk asked, the bathroom has been cleaned, cleaning lady yes the whole room is clean. So it's not the room type I reserved but I'll take it. The room was FILTHY. Back in office, another gentleman had an issue with his room and staff was very rude to him, my turn, my room is dirty, she said are you sure. Yep here are the pictures, give me my receipt and I'm leaving. I just want the money you took, when you weren't supposed to, back.

Roaches was crawling all in the room floor looked and felt like it had not been cleaned in days. Housekeeping was smoking in the rooms while cleaning them. Over all very nasty.

I booked a 1 bed king room & it was supposed to be non smoking and when we got there the front desk lady was all over the place & the place was basically sold out so she gave us a room that was smoking because it clearly REEKED of cigarettes!! Mind you I booked non smoking because I am pregnant and have a 1 yr old! The room was very dusty and the bed was dusty and with dirt on it as well! We literally stepped in and out of the room and didn’t even stay!! & when trying to reach the property manager to get a refund he was no where to be found for DAYS!! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

We reserved a non smoking room that smelled like cigarette smoke. There were cigarette buds outside the room. I informed the front desk that I booked a non smoking room and she stated the cigarette buds were outside so it shouldn’t have been an issue.

If you plan to arrive after 8:00 p.m. be sure to call or you won't have a key. I saw a couple of roaches and the bathroom floor was dirty in the corners. The beds were comfortable and I liked having a kitchenette.

This is a “we need a room for the night” place. I got my room key from a lockbox because there’s no office staff at night. The bathroom smelled like pee, the sink had visible items stuck in the drain, and it’s an overall no.

Facility is older but clean and no ice dispenser and perhaps attach a blow dryer inside rooms. A valuable plus is the towels and linens were in excellent condition and the bed is comfortable. Water in shower gets hot. If you're looking for a 4-5 star hotel on the beach front, this is not the place, but it has amenities (fridge, microwave, 2: burner stove) and it's minutes from the casinos and the rates are good, plus the staff is attentive, as well as stores close by. Overall a decent place. It's very quiet around the clock. Only issue I had was getting the military discount, so I'm not sure how it goes if you book on a different site from Studio 6

I made the reservation with no issues, everything was booked and I received a confirmation email; however, the day of they call me and said there was an issue with my card. I received 2 calls saying my card didn't go through, but when I allowed Stephanie, front desk clerk to run my card verbally, everything was fine. My daughter and I arrived and received the keys left for me in a drop box. Finally removed my things from the car, step in the room and I couldn't believe my eyes! The room I was given had dirty sheets (pictures, cracked floors with holes in it, the air conditioner unit was so loud it sounded like an airplane taking off and it had an awful smell. I took pictures immediately. We couldn't believe this! My daughter was scared to even sit on the bed and afraid that we would fall through the floor. We put towels everywhere we could sit until morning came and I had a chance to speak with the manager. He informed me that my room was given away and that they gave me what they had left! UNACCEPTABLE!! I asked for myoney back in which he said there was nothing he could do. He apologized and gave us another room that looked like a suite compared to the rat hole room I was first given. I asked again about what they were going to do about it and again I was told there was nothing they could dand that I had to contact Expedia!
