「the location of the hotel is great - just between Biloxi and Ocean springs. there is a great view of the bay. The room was clean and spacious. the hotel and casino are smoking free wich is great. the staff was very friendly, I had some issues (not related to the hotel) and the front desk manager went out of her way to help me. 」

「Suggest add plug-ins at around the nightstand to be able to charge phones at night. There's one plug-in on the wall next to one of the beds however you would need to put the phone on the floor between bed and wall to charge at night. 」

「First, this is southern hospitality. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Room was a bit small but priced well. Things to purchase on property was a bit expensive, but much much less than Vegas. Gambling areas were small but really clean. Didn't win anything. Basically everything was great. Not excellent, but def. great. Drive around though, eat at Shaggy's and Snappers if you get a chance. Wish property would have explained things a bit better for valet and pool usage. Live music was...
