The location and overall appearance of the hotel definitely make a good first impression. However, my experience at check-in could have been better. The desk clerk was polite but not very welcoming or informative. As a first-time guest, I expected a brief overview of the hotel’s amenities, such as the restaurant, bar hours, or other features available to guests. Unfortunately, none of this information was offered during the check-in process. Overall, the hotel itself is a great place to stay, but providing a more informative and welcoming check-in experience would really help enhance the overall guest experience, especially for first-time visitors."

"Beds were comfortable. Table in room was sticky and hadn’t been cleaned. Hair stuck to door and around mirror in bathroom. Hairdryer didn’t work but maintenance came and replaced promptly. Shower pressure was poor. "

"Rooms were well stocked. Place is always nice and clean. Only issues that i would see would be amount of checkin staff. With this being a heavy visit during the middle of the week due to baseball games, i would have had just a few more staff available to help with checkin. "
