「Good staff」

「The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was very accommodating. I arrived early, and the hotel was full. The receptionist contacted housekeeping who ensured my room was first on the list to be cleaned. They invited me to have lunch in the restaurant and also stored my luggage during that time. The food throughout my stay, especially the minestrone soup and mushroom risotto was excellent as well as the complimentary house made tiramisu.
