Accommodation, renovated next to the center, has a work area, two bedrooms, living room, bathroom with shower and kitchen with dining table, has all the necessary amenities to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay, after enjoying get to know the city or if you come for work reasons and want a quiet place from which to work. In Bilbao, the old woman next to the Casco Viejo is the living history of the city. It has a special charm and offers a cultural life that mixes modernism with deep roots in tradition and culture.

Dunkles Appartement, Schimmel an den Wänden

Sehr dunkel, auch am Tag, in Küche und Bad Schimmel an den Wänden, Schimmelgeruch im Apartment, Umgebung scheint unsicher zu sein, insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen

Très très sombre

L'appartement a une grande qualité : il est situé à 15 minutes à pied du marché et du centre. Il est assez frais même sans clim, grand et le wifi est très bon. Le reste est plutôt négatif. L'appartement est très très sombre, on a l'impression qu'il fait nuit en permanence, le ménage est limite, il y a très peu de vaisselle, les plaques fonctionnent par intermittence, la porte de la douche est cassée laissant l'eau sortir de la douche, le balai des WC est cassé et surtout le quartier n'est pas très rassurant, d'ailleurs notre voiture a été visitée. Le parking est assez facile en journée, théoriquement limité à 3h ou 12,70 € la journée mais il semble que la police ne passe pas dans le quartier. Par contre, quelle galère de se garer le soir. Enfin la communication est compliquée; uniquement en Espagnol. Certains de mes messages sont restés sans réponse. J'ai eu grand mal à me faire rembourser la location d'un autre appartement de theurbanhost indiqué comme remboursable à 100%.
