We are pleased to inform you that our apartment is equipped with an electronic lock. To use it, you will need a phone with an internet connection. Through a specific link that we will provide you with, you will be able to unlock the doors. It\'s important to note that we do not have physical keys for entry and exit, as access is completely automatic.



Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975

For legal reasons, we require the identification details of all travelers over 13 years of age.

It will be requested only for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival.

Failure to provide the requested details prior to arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
