「お城のようなホテル。 とてもキレイで快適でした。 ただ、ビルバオの中心からは少し離れていました。 地下鉄で20分くらいです。 駅からも少し歩きます。」

「スーペリアシングルに宿泊。ビスカヤ橋が見える部屋で晴れた日は景色がよかった。WiFiも問題なく使えました。」

「部屋が狭い。 設備は古い。 朝食は質が高かった。」

「とても快適な滞在ができました。清潔な客室ですし、毎日の清掃も丁寧でした。幹線道路に面していない方の客室に泊まったので夜は静かですし、隣室の音なども気になりませんでした。備え付けられているTVや冷蔵庫、ヘアドライヤーなども問題なく使えますし、とても快適なビジネスホテルといった感じです。」

「Great location, secure parking, hot water, clean, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Kitchen could be better equipped, e.g. no salt/pepper, just 2 full plates, a handful of dishwasher pellets, etc. During our stay there was construction on the waterway behind apartment which was quite loud and there is some noise from road traffic if windows are open. Still, location is great and it is a decent base for exploring Bilbao area. 」
