This traditional country cottage is ideal for a small family, 2 couples or a small group of friends. The opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors or just relax together in this charming cottage is one that you should consider.

Enjoy long walks or bike rides around the countryside of the surrounding hills and estates, taking in the most breathtaking and memorable views. This charming rural retreat provides the comfort and convenience you would expect form a home away from home, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a family bathroom and a living area benefiting from a Smart TV and a cosy wood burner, perfect for relaxing after a busy day of exploring. In the garden you will be pleasantly surprised by a private wood fired hot tub for you to relax in after a day exploring the beautiful sights the surrounding area has to offer.

To the north on the A702 (the old Roman Road) you will find the town of Biggar, steeped in history with associations to Bonnie Prince Charlie and William Wallace himself. Some of the country’s famous industry stems from the town and still houses one of the countries only remaining and preserved Gas Works in its own museum, sure to offer and interesting experience.

Lovely property

Little gem of a place. Inside all new. Well stocked kitchen with all pans /utensils you might need. Log burner will heat the whole house so very little central heating required. Hot tub also log fired and we were surprised how quickly it heated the water. Sitting in it at night was a joy. Really good experience
