Ski In: From the top of Iron Horse or Six Shooter, take Powder River Run down to the Moonlight Lodge. From Swift Current, take Jay Walk to Blue Moon. Stay left to the Moonlight Lodge. Once you reach the Moonlight Lodge, stay up high on the left side to head back to the Saddle Ridge condos. Cross the Saddle Ridge Road to head back to your rental. Note: if snow is melted off the road, you will need to walk across the street for both the ski in and ski out.
Anticipated opening date for Pony Express lift is mid-December, but the lift may open earlier in the season depending on snow conditions. The lift typically closes in mid-April, just prior to the resort closing. The townhome is not ski-in/out when Pony Express lift is not running. Please inquire for details.

We had a great time at this Saddle Ridge property. The unit was very nicely setup. We had a little trouble figuring out the ski in/out arrangements as no instructions were provided, but in the end, it was a convenient location.
The house was exactly as advertised. Quite spacious, very close to the slopes. The host communication was great, very detailed and easy to access. The property was very well furnished with spices and household cleaning supplies.
Fantastic property, will come back again!
Very comfy and cozy place for a stay in Big Sky. The hot tub was a huge plus after a day on the slopes. Plenty of room for a decent sized group, all the amenities you need for kitchen, bath and laundry. The views from the balcony are spectacular and access to the Pony Express Lift is a relatively easy trail from near the back of the house. We loved staying here and can't wait to do it again! One thing to consider with a place like this is that everything off the resort is a small drive (~20min) totally manageable and expected, but still a consideration. Overall, highly recommended.
Good location for ski in/out to pony express land iron horse lifts. Property was nice as advertised but for the high price of 10k for the week we expected cleaner bedding, cob webs to be removed, snow to be removed on deck above hotub so you don’t have dripping on your head, and spider removal.. overall we did love the place and we would come back, hopefully for a better price.
Really nice place and location. Fantastic views and scenery. We stayed the first week of April, and unfortunately we only had two true days of ski in / ski out. Warmer than average temps and low snowpack in 2026 put an end to that. During a normal year, I would think the ski in / ski out access would be fairly reliable. Overall, loved the condo and would definitely go back.
The place is large with plenty of space to sleep and hangout. The ability to only take a 5 min walk to ski in/ski out is an added bonus. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Big Sky.
Place was great and fit our adult family of 6 just perfectly. Directions to townhome on your communication materials was not easy to follow, but we eventually found it. Ski in and ski out is good for experienced skiers, but pretty steep ski out for beginner. We had a hard time regulating the temperature in the unit. Top floor was way too hot even if we kept the heat off at night and froze on the bottom floor. I would suggest a better trash option than having to haul your trash down the mountain or call to get it picked up. Although when I did call, they were responsive. Overall, the place had everything we needed to a great ski vacation, thanks!
