"The location really makes the property. Incredible lakefront on Forth Lake. It’s an older building so no refrigerator or microwave in your room limited air-conditioning. Fans were provided. The lake breeze really made it pleasant. I had dinner two nights on the porch. The food was fabulous."

"Property was clean and comfortable, nice lake view. 30 steps of stairs from boat house to upper level of cabin will make for good leg and cardio exercise. Lake access if you bring your own boat is limited due to only 1 launch 10 miles up to 4th lake. Owner could purchase launch permit which would let you launch just up from camp. Did enjoy our stay. Many attractions in village don't open till late June, but made for a less congested environment."
Parquet House - A charming 8 Bedroom waterfront property ~ in the heart of Inlet

"We had 12 friends that grew up together and have known each other for 50 years. We had come to the Parquet for years, but stopped once COVID hit. We were very glad we able to rent it.The Parquet House was perfect for all of us. We do have a few suggestions: Some mats on the bathroom floors would be good to avoid slipping. We knew we had to bring sheets and towels, but we also needed toilet paper, paper towels and dish detergent and a scrubber. Not a big deal, but be good to know we needed to bring those items. The nearby grocery store in Inlet was great for those items and others.We think the Parquet House is a great place and the upgrades make it even better!"
