「Pool was not only closed but there were people in it running jackhammers starting at 8:00 AM. When I asked to be let out of my reservation I was told that I should have seen the word pool crossed out in the hotel description (forget the photo of a full pool). My bathroom sink did not have hot water and the bathroom smelled in general. Wish I had stayed somewhere else.」

We brought our car but also used plentiful taxis and water taxis. The hosts are wonderful, friendly, professional but also personal. We will 100% stay here again. 」

While you don’t typically go to Bocas for “amenities” the staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly- especially Janelli.
