Im very frustrating with this house and the management
First it all, the house was not clean the way that should be, specially with covid
When we check in the property management told me that i need to wash all the dishes, pots, etc
I get very surprise first because if the price of the house, then because of covid.How you can trust that the guest are going to clean everything good?, what about sanitization ?
So when we get at the house, we start preparing lunch and all the utensils were dirty, with food, totally disgusting.I contact the management and she inmediatly started to argue with me( by text), that was water spot on the utensils and plates, glasses... all
The she sent the housekeeping, an hour later
Because of the poor cleaning house proceed i decido to startd cleaning the whole house!
Because of we were waiting for 2 friends we stayed at the house, if not we were living on the moment that we discover how dirty was, with no sanitization of course.
The barbecue was so dirty ider !!
I need a refund, im going to fill a complain in regards of the covid sanitization with the city, this is an acceptable in this time with covid.
This management is a disaster
I have texts and pictures with me
Im going to send a formal letter in the next few days
