uphill driveway approach broken damged car wheels, no heater excep 2 little space heater which work only in limited spce and limited area with low heat generated because half of the outlets are dead. we can only charge phone over the kitchen sinks and bathroom sinks and they are not GFCI. cold water facet in the bathroom sink are dripping constantly. I called the owner Alina and she said that " go buy some firewood in the liquor store starting the fire stove for the warmthness" I responded" "the steps uphill from the car ( i parked the car next door as she instructed me to belonged her property too) with at least 30 steps up fromm next door to the cabin in without lightning to carry firewood in the dark is out ragesly in humane and dangerous( we could not check in till 4pm and we trying solve the driveway parking and get in eventually ,finding out all the issues and owner responded by then it is after 6pm and we have to go buy firewoods to get in uphill 30 steps with firewoods in the dark is suicide. Therefore, as Vrbo company should be the judge and decide the charge of such night is unjustified. Charge of my credit card should be totally refund to be fair.
