「Only stayed 1 night on way from Sydney to the Gold Coast - but wish I had added an extra night now as the apartments were lovely and there looked to be plenty to do in the area.
Only issue is that reception closes at 5pm - not unusual for apartment reception in Australia. As a result I had to phone to get access - and for overseas visitors this can be expensive. It would be useful to have a WhatsApp contact number if you do need to speak to someone.」
「We had a great stay at Emerald Beach! The site was clean, peaceful, and well set out. We had two cars and were still able to park comfortably by fitting the second car sideways in front — no hassle. The staff were also amazing — our son left behind his Labobo doll, and they contacted us straight away to let us know. We're now in the process of getting it back.
