「The property is quirky but well located and maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the owner was surly, abrupt and grumpy. My visit appeared to be an inconvenience to him and he made no attempt to smile or provide assistance. While recognising that it is not his fault that I cannot speak Spanish, long diatribes in his local language when it was clear I could not understand a word he was saying was unhelpful. I felt like a naughty school child. I definitely would not return.」

「Great location and very helpful staff. Excellent dinner available in the hotel restaurant. WiFi was erratic and then unavailable and really needs to be fixed. Front of house receptionist Alfonso was so helpful and our waiter Andrey was really excellent too! Breakfast was good and reasonably priced.」
