Tucked away on an exclusive site in Westward Ho!, lucky guests who stay here can enjoy private access to the sand dunes, salt marsh, grassland and rocky shoreline of Northam Burrows Country Park – part of the UK's first Biosphere Reserve. And when you’re not feeling the sand between your toes, you can be enjoying the distant sea views from the balcony or indulging in a soothing soak in the bubbling hot tub.

With two comfortably decorated bedrooms - one king-size and one twin - both with stylish en-suite shower rooms, you will wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead. The master bedroom opens onto a patio with a table, chairs, and a private hot tub, perfect for soaking beneath the stars. Carpeted stairs lead up to the open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. This contemporary space offers distant sea views across Northam Burrows, and two sofas have been thoughtfully placed to take advantage of the TV. There is also a balcony on this level with outdoor furniture.

For sports lovers, Royal North Devon Golf Club, the oldest golf course in the country, is less than half a mile away. Founded in 1864, the course has been named one of Golf World's ‘Top 100 Courses in the World’. The picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho! is also accessible within a short 1-mile walk. With a range of eateries catering for all tastes, and seaside shops to explore, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The beach offers lots of entertainment for children, including rock pooling, playing in the surf, building sandcastles and flying kites. For those wishing to explore further afield, there is the RHS Rosemoor Gardens at nearby Great Torrington (10 miles), and the 180-mile Tarka Trail provides an excellent opportunity to explore the local area on foot or by bike.
