"Best review is short and sweet! Great place if the price is acceptable to you then stay here. I just finished my 2nd stay here, 4 nights, i took two other couples with me and each got their own unit. -Location excellent -Very nicely maintained -i had 1 bedroom suite, full kitchen, living room big Screen tvs, and a big balcony with beautiful Views of the city and the Cumberland river. -Floor to ceiling windows -beautiful pool and lounge areas -beautiful gym -3 WEBER gas bbqs and nice “picnic area” on roof -pool table table top shuffle board -restaurant attached -but better than the restaurant, theres a 6 story Diner 75’ from the entrance, steak house, general store that has everything you could think of. Great ice cream place, locally famous pancake restaurant All within approximately 300 feet of this hotel. - ***** BROADWAY -POSTYS AND KID ROCK BARS ARE LITERALLY 2 1/2 BLOCKS FROM THE FRONT DOOR IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT SPOT TO SEE NASHVILLE THIS PLACE HAS EVERYTHING DONT HESITATE THE FRONT DESK STAFF VERY HELPFUL PEOPLE THAT I DEALT WITH DURING BOTH MY STAYS ESPECIALLY OSHEA AND COCO AND THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE VERY GOOD AND ALWAYS FRIENDLY. DOWNSIDE OF THE NASHVILLE EXPERIENCE IS THERE ARE A LOT OF HOMELESS PEOPLE INCLUDING ON THE WALK BACK AND FORTH FROM THIS SPOT. THEY HAVE NOT YET BEEN AGGRESSIVE BUT THEY ARE EVERYWHERE AND ITS SAD. There are police around especially during FRI nd SAT"

"10/10 experience! Really enjoyed the apartment-styled stay and amenities. Rooms are pretty clean, and I absolutely adore the minimalist decor. The online check-in went smoothly. You just fill out a form by Kasa. The link and confirmation code will be sent via email (or in my case, through Expedia). However, the hotel is located in an actively gentrifying area near a lesser-developed neighborhood up north. While the area’s walkable, it does feel a little sketchy, especially at night (use uber/lyft). And it’s also surrounded by railroads. So prepare to wait if there’s a train coming by. Doesn’t happen frequently but it did delay my trip to downtown once."

"What a find this place is!! From the time we checked in and was shown to our cozy rooms with this heavenly bedding to the great area that it is in with restaurants right down the street. Lucy has the sweetest personality as we enjoyed the fabulous homemade quiche and lots of pastries, fruits, yogurt and granola and coffee. The pictures just don’t really describe how wonderful this place is and then a big surprise at 5pm-wine and charcuterie with other guests. We walked to Broadway and enjoyed all the music around. Nashville has a special place in our hearts and now we have found our favorite place. Call and make your reservation-better pricing. Thank you so much!!"
