"I stayed at this hotel very close to the Milan airport (MXP) overnight for a morning departure. Check in was easy, there was a bar for drinks in the evening, breakfast was good, and the free shuttle took just a couple minutes to get to the terminal. Being essentially on-airport, there is some airport noise (planes and trucks beeping) but it was acceptable. I would stay again."

"We stayed here for an early flight, rooms were clean and comfortable. I can't comment on the breakfast as were up and out for 6am. The shuttle bus is 5 euros per adult kids are free, you have to ring the hotel to arrange for them to collect you from the airport. Great service though."

"Room was extremely warm. Complained to reception but was told that no air conditioning could be used due to time of year - only suggestion was to open the window. We had done this but was a warm evening so made little difference (and was very noisy!). No real sympathy/recognition from reception that we were a family of 4 with the 2 children really struggling. Token gesture of asking how our stay was in the morning - I again fed back that it was very warm but there was no acknowledgement."

"Room was clean, but very hot. Air conditioning didn’t seem to work. We could not find the location of the hotel shuttle at Malpensa Terminal 1 as the signs in the airport were wrong so had to take a taxi. We booked a shuttle to take us back to the airport the next morning and when we reserved it we were not told that it was €10 per person. This would have been helpful to know as a taxi would have been cheaper."
