Comfortable studio in a quiet and secure residence, fully furnished and equipped, a loggia will offer a beautiful unobstructed view of the sea! 200m from the mole beach and the port, 100m from strolling through all the shops. 3 rd floor without elevator, Private parking!

At the foot of the resident, a bus stop "Musée center Cap" on lines 3 and 4, departure from Agde SNCF station.
